Acony Bell Tiny Home Community exclusively for tiny houses on wheels. We offer full-time lots for lease to park your tiny home for a long stay, and for those who only want to visit every so often, we offer tiny house vacation rental property management services.
Currently, we have two phases which are separated by a stream. We are working on Phase 3 and are set to release an additional 18 lots in late Fall 2022. Our waiting list is currently full but we hope to open it back up around that time. Including the development of Phase 3, we will have 96 total lots, 17 of which are vacation rentals that we manage on behalf of the owners. To try out tiny follow this link to our vacation rentals.
Our community sits on over 50 acres, with miles of hiking trails in and around the community. A bubbling brook runs through the center of the community where you can find wildlife or have a great place to swim in the Summer.
Communal amenities including community gardens, edible landscapes ,walking paths, mountain bike trails, and fully stocked fire rings. We offer full service, 100 amp connections—enough to charge your EV quickly!
You can enjoy hiking of all levels, world renowned mountain biking trails, and a trophy trout fishing area in the Pisgah Forest which is right down the road.
