“We had an amazing stay!!! The tiny home Community is perfectly placed between Brevard and Asheville for easy access to so many wonderful things!
The house itself had everything we needed and we loved getting to sit in the hot tub and look at the stars on a clear night. With it being a community that doesn’t have outdoor lights on after 10pm there was very little light pollution.
The projector and sound was so fun and cozy and a brilliant way to save space rather than having a big TV somewhere.
Stephanie was super responsive and helpful if we ever needed anything.”

“This was our first tiny home experience and it did not disappoint! Stephanie’s home was the perfect size for a little couple getaway and was conveniently close to DuPont Forest and Pigsah Forest. It’s also a dark sky community and if you end up going be sure to do some stargazing at night. We will definitely be coming back to the tiny home community in the near future!”

I LOVE living here! Everything about it… the trails, the river to play in, community garden, friendly management, it’s all awesome. I work remote along with a few other residents and the clubhouse is the perfect place to sit and work during the days. WiFi there is great & a few rooms to hang out/watch TV or enjoy the reading room!
The existing trails walking trails along with some mountain bike trails we’ve been putting in here makes this place an AMAZING spot to spend all day every day! If you’re moving here to ride (like I did) or hike, Turkey Pen gap across the street is awesome and from there you can connect to just about everything in Pisgah.
The management is fantastic, they’re super helpful when you need anything and keep this place in tip top shape. The community is so great… it’s like living at camp with all your friends. Regular board games and campfires with all the neighbors. We really really love living here!!
