We offer one year leases of land with water and electric hookups to park your tiny house on over 50 acres nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. With access to a variety of amenities including our community garden, a community chicken coop, our stone community center, and much more—there’s no doubt you’ll love Acony Bell!

Amenities

We take care of many of the amenities at Acony Bell for our full-time residents including, Garbage & Recycling, Common Area Maintenance, Water, and Sewage. Our community residents are responsible for electricity and any entertainment accessories such as internet or cable.

Tiny House Lots

Our lots are year to year and typically run around $700/mo depending on the space. Residents homes must be built by an accredited builder and DIY homes must have a certification from Bildsworth or an electrical inspection, and meet insurance requirements.

Other Perks

Residents will enjoy a stream that runs through the center of the property, miles of hiking & biking trails, a stone community center that offers dining options including an outdoor area with a grill, laundry facilities, flatscreen TV, and more. We have an edible landscape, community garden, and very happy chickens.
